Tuition & Fees

The Zookeeping & Wildlife Management Certification Program is divided into two 24-week program parts.

Part One — Introduction to Zookeeping & Facility Operations

  • Tuition: $750
  • Books & Materials Fee: $250
    (nonrefundable once issued)

Total Part One Cost: $1,000


Part Two — Advanced Zookeeping & Wildlife Management

  • Tuition: $750
  • Books & Materials Fee: $250
    (nonrefundable once issued)

Total Part Two Cost: $1,000

Includes:

  • $50 Registration Fee
  • Part One Tuition & Materials

Payment Information

Payment arrangements may be available and must be approved through the Academy office prior to the start of training.

Students are responsible for providing:

  • work clothing and footwear
  • weather-appropriate outdoor gear
  • personal computer and internet access

All training equipment and operational tools required for the program are provided by the Academy.


Financial Aid

Cat Tales Wildlife Academy is not authorized to offer federal financial aid.

Information regarding nonfederal funding opportunities or outside educational resources may be shared when available.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

Students who withdraw prior to the start of training, or who are not accepted into the program, may be eligible for refunds in accordance with the Academy’s official cancellation and refund policy.

Refund eligibility after the start of training is determined according to Washington State vocational school regulations and the Academy enrollment agreement.
